Ingredients

3 slices Dave’s Good Seed Thin Sliced Bread
100 g egg whites
1 tsp cinnamon
14 g I Can’t Believe it’s Not Butter Lite
60 ml sugar free syrup
2 Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Patties
1 egg
cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg whites and cinnamon.
  2. Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
  4. Cook the bread slices for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  5. Cook the turkey sausage patties according to package directions.
  6. In the same skillet, fry the egg over easy.
  7. Serve the French toast with the cooked sausage patty and fried egg on top. Spread butter and drizzle with sugar-free syrup.
