- 35 g diced white onion
- 2 eggs
- 30 g jalapenos
- 68 g queso cheese

Instructions
- Heat Chili and Queso: Add 236 g of turkey chili to a microwavable bowl or saucepan and heat through. In a separate microwavable bowl, heat 68 g of queso cheese for about 20 seconds.
- Make Eggs: Use a frying pan and 0 calorie cooking spray to cook two eggs over easy.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the heated chili to a bowl. Mix in 35 g diced onions and the two cooked eggs. Spoon the heated queso cheese over the top, and sprinkle with jalapenos.
- Season as needed with salt and pepper.
