Ingredients
600 g egg whites
4 Thomas’ Light Multi Grain English Muffins
4 slices American cheese singles
8 slices pre cooked bacon
parchment paper
Tupperware
7 X 11 glass pan
cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Weigh out 150g of egg whites and pour into a 7 X 11 glass pan.
- Cook egg whites for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool the egg whites and cut into 8 even pieces.
- Create 4 squares from parchment paper.
- Place 2 stacks of egg whites on each square.
- Add a slice of cheese to each stack.
- Place 2 stacks of egg whites on each square.
- Add one slice of cheese.
- Store in fridge.
To make sandwich in morning.
- Take out one stack of egg whites/cheese and two slices of bacon. Add to the microwave and cook for 45 seconds.
- Toast English muffin.
- Add cooked bacon and egg whites to the English muffin and enjoy!
