The Perfect Morning Protein Packed Breakfast Sandwich

This Breakfast Sandwich recipe is the perfect solution for a quick and delicious breakfast. With only a few simple ingredients, you can have a satisfying meal ready in minutes.

Ingredients

600 g egg whites
4 Thomas’ Light Multi Grain English Muffins
4 slices American cheese singles
8 slices pre cooked bacon
parchment paper
Tupperware
7 X 11 glass pan
cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Weigh out 150g of egg whites and pour into a 7 X 11 glass pan.
  3. Cook egg whites for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Cool the egg whites and cut into 8 even pieces.
  5. Create 4 squares from parchment paper.
  6. Place 2 stacks of egg whites on each square.
  7. Add a slice of cheese to each stack.
  8. Place 2 stacks of egg whites on each square.
  9. Add one slice of cheese.
  10. Store in fridge.

To make sandwich in morning.

  1. Take out one stack of egg whites/cheese and two slices of bacon. Add to the microwave and cook for 45 seconds.
  2. Toast English muffin.
  3. Add cooked bacon and egg whites to the English muffin and enjoy!
