The Perfect Morning Protein Packed Breakfast Sandwich

Add the four eggs and cheese to a large Tupperware. If container is big enough add the bacon to the top of the eggs and close to store in fridge.

Store the stacks in the fridge and in the morning, take out one stack and two slices of bacon. Microwave for 45 seconds, toast the English muffin and assemble the sandwich with the cooked bacon and egg whites. Enjoy!
